We are finally back to civilization, and finally back to the internet! It was an amazing experience to live like Buddhist monks for a week, but we are so glad to be back in the city. I will not miss waking up at 3:00am everyday for morning chanting with the monks. But I will miss [...]

|| UPDATE || South Korea: Beautiful Country, Delicious Food, I Love This Place!
Hi everyone! So sorry to leave you hanging with just these pictures and no explanations. We have been non-stop jumping around from place to place, and loving every second of it! South Korea Day 1: Arrival and First Meal
We made it! After a short flight to San Francisco and a super long and bumpy 12 hour flight to Incheon Airport, we are in Seoul! I suppose it’s what we expected, a really big city. Our driver got lost, so it took 2 hours to get to the house where we are staying for the [...]

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of the tender and juicy grilled chicken, lamb, beef, and salmon. The food is always excellent here! Try it if you’re in the area!
Of course, [...]
Fun With Karaoke!
I’m not ashamed to admit it…I love karaoke. But I am a little embarrassed to say that, when we finally buy our first home, there WILL be a room dedicated to karaoke. I’m not kidding, that’s how much I love singing into a microphone as lyrics trot by on TV! Last night, to celebrate Isaac’s [...]
Happy Birthday Mom!
Another year rolls around, another birthday, and another night of good times with the family. My mom and our childhood friend Isaac drove down to San Diego from Moreno Valley so we could celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had a great dinner at RK Cafe in Hillcrest, complete with sushi, sake, and delicious hamachi kama!!! [...]
