Rachel & Dane ~ Engaged

We had the chance to gallivant around Coronado and Pacific Beach with two amazing people; two people that are so much fun to be around, completely down to earth, unbelievably photogenic, and have an extremely good taste for pizza! And they are great multi-taskers too! Throughout the whole session, they successfully juggled looking pretty for us while keeping tabs on the ongoing Chargers game against Kansas City. Can you say devoted?!

Not wind, nor rain, nor the freezing cold could stop Rachel and Dane from looking hot! Well, it may not have been freezing cold, but it was oddly chilly for a San Diego day. Rachel & Jared ~ Engaged

We are cuckoo for these two crazy kids! Rachel’s boundless energy and Jared’s spontaneity had us gasping for breath trying to keep up. They are so perfect for each other. I see it in the way they feed off each other’s playfulness, the subtle hilarious looks they give each other, and the warmth that emanates whenever Jared takes Rachel in his arms.

Lucky us! We had two fun play dates in a row…yesterday, Rachel and Dane…and today, Rachel and Jared! These two are super sweet and tons of fun! We definitely had our hands full chasing after them as they frolicked around town. Here’s one shot of Rachel and Jared!

Deep within the heart of San Diego, there lies an enchanted forest of redwood trees. True to their nature, enchanted forests remain hidden to the world. Only those of purest heart and deepest imagination are granted access to its paths and its beauty. Well…that and a map of Balboa Park! Here is one shot of two sweethearts, Wendy and Chad. Anna & Casey ~ Engaged!

Happy news everyone! Anna & Casey are engaged to be married! As we’ve come to know Anna & Casey more these past few months, we have learned that they are full of so much joy and laughter. It’s infectious, when we see them, our faces light up, our smiles broaden, and something inside makes me want to run and frolic in open fields!

But wait, it gets better! These two already seem like a perfect fit, in the way they laugh and joke with each other, in their knowing glances, and in their hilarious conversations with each other (eg “you threw away my giant crayon, didn’t you?!”). It seems that they were destined to be together — they’ve known each other since they were 4 years old!

You two are so romantic! We are both extremely excited about the wedding next May…and we are crossing our fingers that you’ll really get an Adam Sandler-esque wedding singer!

Marites & Guy ~ Engaged!

I don’t think it’s possible to be any cuter than Marites & Guy. Marites is the sweetest thing…just being near her brings a smile to my face. And Guy is so considerate, always looking out for his Taz! They really are so cute together! From the first moment he saw her, when she took a seat next to him by chance, to the first bite she tasted of his cooking at lunch one day…their separate lives were intertwined and destined to be so forever.

Both Marites & Guy are kind, selfless, happy-go-lucky, and adventurous people. I love the little looks they give each other, it’s like they know exactly what the other is thinking, and then they crack up laughing! It was wonderful just being with you two for a few hours, we are looking forward to the wedding!

Ande & Aaron ~ Engaged!

I’ve known Ande and Aaron for a while now, and they are two of the most genuine, warm people I have ever known. Underneath Aaron’s gruff, rockstar exterior lies an old-fashioned romantic. He would do anything for Ande and her gorgeous golden locks. Even drive all the way to Sacramento to obtain her parents’ approval before proposing to her out in the wilderness on a camping trip. No one could fault Aaron for being smitten with Ande, a woman of great versatility: she is sweet yet spicy, confident yet humble, and demure yet tough as nails. That girl is seriously tough! Early on in the shoot Ande rolled her ankle while walking down eroded brick steps in 4 inch heels. Not one complaint, she strutted in those heels for the next 2 hours and even jumped super high about 10 times for us! You guys rock!
