As we made our way to a wedding at one of the most beautiful cathedrals in San Francisco, that classic movie from 1986, Top Gun, was playing in the limobus. Sharon, Fred and entourage were carefully critiquing and dissecting every nuance of the film such that by the end, the consensus was unanimous…Top Gun is awesome! No wonder why it is one of Fred’s all-time favorites! At one point, everyone broke out into song accompanying Maverick’s serenade of Charlie in that infamous bar scene.
That was just the beginning of one of the most amazing and fun weddings we’ve ever had a chance to shoot! From a moving ceremony at Saint Ignatius between these two soul mates, to a raucous good time at the Empress of China in Chinatown, we had our fill of laughs, tears, and unbelievable moments at Sharon & Fred’s wedding. Hey! I know where THAT is! Awesome – SI is HUGE!!! looks like you all had fun and love that one shot where they were runnin in the middle of the street – I call impossible! There are always cars on the street. You guys must have blocked traffic of something
